Standing silently Bayan observed the Emperor and how the wheit of his world seemed to be on his sholders if not crashing down around him but with an nod he accepted his word for the time being.
“The Second condition is there shall be no taxation of the trades between us on either side…. Fair and free trade between our empires this not only effect the Roman empire but us as well and will keep things fair and civil.”
Stepping forwords he bowed. “Emperor…. You seem tired…. Perhaps we should continue this at a later date?”

"I agree to all your terms, and, yes, I suppose I am weary. We shall talk again I do not doubt. Feel free to stay as long as you will in Rome, I shall make sure you are well housed."

“I thank you good sir… but there is one more condition… the… more unconventional one… but I think it is best to wait till you and I are both rested.” With that Bayan bowed and went to leave the garden but before doing so he turned to the Emperor once more. “My Lord…. Call on me if you need outside council… I am at your disposal while im here and when you are ready to continue our discussion and hear the last term I shall be ready.” With that he turned and took his leave of the Garden and The Emperor to his own most probable dark thoughts.
