As the Emmisary reached his first destination point, the Allemani court, he awaited to be admitted into the grand hall. Guards had told him that King Castin was curently at the Vandal Feast, which he knew already as his lord was to when he had set out.
Clearing his throat, and folding his arms behidn his back, Ethelbert awaited for his arrival to be annoucned, and to speak wih an Allemani representative.

A gruff warrior clad in bearskin approached Ethelbert and told him to follow him. The warrior led Ethelbert to a hall and took a seat at the table gesturing to Ethelbert to sit opposite. As they sat food and drink was laid out on the table. The warrior then looked up and said, "I am Aris, Castin's second son, both my father and my older brother are away so what can I do for you saxon?"

"As my father is away I can only agree to strengthen our alliance but I cannot promise military aid, my other brothers are still away with the bulk of our army in the east so until the polish campaign is complete the germanic peoples cannot commit to such a deal, I can however promise that I shall advise my father strongly that he shoudl accept your kind offer, we germans value our friendship with the saxon peoples and if you are so threatened we shall offer you aid if we can." replied Aris.
